In a recent interview ahead of the upcoming T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies, Misbah acknowledged the transformation of the Indian team, attributing it to their formidable bowling lineup. He highlighted players like Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami, Mohammed Siraj, and Hardik Pandya as instrumental in elevating India’s skill level compared to previous squads.

Misbah remarked, “It’s a different Indian team now, a skillful team with a very powerful bowling lineup. The batting has always been strong, but the quality of their fast bowling has really elevated their game.”
